By commissioning, you receive a Personal Use license for the model.
Personal Use includes monetized streams/videos.
Selling the model or it's parts is not allowed. See Terms of Use for details.

Fully rigged and textured.
Delivered as FBX files only — no UnityPackages included.
Textures are provided in PNG and PSD formats (Substance Painter is not used).
All assets are made to fit your avatar. If your base avatar is not one I have, you must provide the avatar file.
Shapekeys can be added upon request or if required.
Assets are intended for use in VRChat and Vtubing.
Please note that I provide the FBX files only, and the integration into platforms or engines is something the buyer will handle.

I offer customized avatars for VRChat (PC, Quest) and VTubing (VSeeFace, Warudo), built using a pre-existing base model that you provide. Not is from scratch.
You must also provide a reference (images, sketches, or concept art) showing how you want your avatar to look.
Important: I do not create avatars from scratch. You must provide a base model (e.g. Pandaabear, Deira, Hyenid, etc).
I can help you find a suitable base model that closely matches your character/OC/reference if you don't already have one! <3
Avatar Package:
I will customize your base model to match your character/OC/reference by:
Editing body proportions and facial features.
Editing gestures or add new gestures if you want.
Adding custom clothing, accessories, hair, ears, tails, wings, etc.
Re-texturing.
Delivered as:
A PC-ready UnityPackage for VRChat.
A Quest-ready UnityPackage for VRChat.
A VRM file for VTubing.

• Assets and avatars purchased from the Gell3D stores.
• Assets and avatars commissioned (which are always licensed for personal use only).
• And free assets and avatars offered by Gell3D.
Assets - Personal Use
✔️ You may customize, modify, and adapt the asset for your personal use.✔️ You may use the asset in monetized streams or videos (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).❌ You may not claim the asset as your own creation.❌ You may not remove or alter any texture or mesh that contains credits to Gell3D.✔️ You may take commissions using the asset only if both you and your client have purchased the original asset from Gell3D.✔️ You may upload avatars with the asset to VR platforms, but only in non-cloneable mode.❌ You may not resell, share, or distribute the asset or any variant, modification, or adaptation of it.❌ You may not offer avatars (free or paid) that include the asset.✅ You must credit Gell3D as the creator of the asset (in the product description or credits).
Assets - Commercial Use
✔️ You may customize, modify, and adapt the asset for your commercial projects.✔️ You may use the asset in monetized streams or videos (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).❌ You may not claim the asset as your own creation.❌ You may not remove or alter any texture or mesh that contains credits to Gell3D.✔️ You may take commissions using the asset without requiring your client to purchase it separately.✔️ You may upload avatars with the asset to VR platforms, including in cloneable mode.✔️ You may sell full avatars that include the asset.❌ You may not offer free avatars that include the asset (except when using the free assets, those may be included in free avatars).✅ You must credit Gell3D as the creator of the asset (in the product description or credits).
Avatars - Personal Use
✔️ You may modify or edit the base avatar for your personal use.✔️ You may use the base avatar in monetized streams or videos (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).✔️ You may create and sell assets based on this base avatar.✔️ You may upload the base avatar to VR platforms of your choice.❌ You may NOT upload the avatar in a public/shared condition — upload only as private.❌ You may NOT remove or alter any textures or meshes that credit Gell3D.❌ You may NOT resell, share, or distribute the avatar, any variant, or any assets included in the package.❌ You may NOT claim the avatar as your own creation.✅ You must credit Gell3D as the creator of the avatar in the description or credits when you use it publicly (streams, videos, etc).
Avatars - Commercial Use
✔️ You may modify or edit the base avatar for commercial use, but significant modifications or additions are required; these can include changes such as clothing, hair, textures, accessories, or other meaningful alterations.❌ You may NOT sell the avatar without such meaningful changes.✔️ You may use the base avatar in monetized streams or videos (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).✔️ You may take commissions using this avatar.✔️ You may upload the avatar to VR platforms of your choice, including in public/shared condition.✔️ You may sell full avatars that include this base, but the sale price must be equal to or higher than the price set by Gell3D — selling below is prohibited.❌ You may NOT remove or alter any textures or meshes that credit Gell3D.❌ You may NOT resell or distribute the avatar or assets without significant modifications or additions.❌ You may NOT claim the avatar as your own creation.✅ You must credit Gell3D as the creator of the avatar in the description or credits when you use it publicly (streams, videos, sales, etc).
